Sale, transfer & cancellation

No purchase or payment is completed on this website. An enquiry starts a conversation; it is not a reservation or a binding sale.

01

Agree before you pay

We confirm the name, seller identity, price, currency, provider fees, transfer method and expected process in writing. Taxes and fees must be clarified in that agreement. You should check trademark conflicts and registry eligibility independently.

02

External transaction handling

A mutually agreed marketplace, escrow service or registrar handles payment and/or transfer. The provider’s eligibility, identity verification, payment and release conditions apply. We do not ask for card details, passwords or transfer codes through the site form.

03

Transfer and delivery

Completion is the confirmed transfer of domain control to the buyer under the agreed process. Registrar locks, registry rules and buyer response times can affect timing. A website, hosting, trademarks, content and ongoing renewal fees are excluded unless listed in the written agreement.

04

Cancellation, failed transfers and refunds

Before entering a binding transaction, you can stop the enquiry without a website charge. Once agreed, cancellation and refund eligibility follow the written agreement, the provider’s process and mandatory law. If a transfer fails, contact us and the provider before attempting another payment. A completed transfer must not be assumed reversible; we do not impose a blanket no-refund rule over statutory rights.

05

Finding another name

Domain-finding work is separately scoped. Deliverables, timing, fees, any referral commissions and cancellation terms must be agreed before paid work begins. We cannot guarantee that an outside owner will sell or accept a particular price.
